Three children and a woman were brought to hospital after a stabbed attack on Monday morning in a suburb in the north-west of Sydney.

According to a press release of New South Wales The police, about 5.20 on Monday, the emergency services were called in a house in Baulkham Hills, following news that the most people had been stabbed.

The police found a 10 year old boy, a 13 -year -old girl, a 16 year old girl and a 46 -year -old woman with stabbing wounds.

Everyone is believed to be known to each other.

They were treated on the scene by the paramedics and brought to Westmead Hospital in stable conditions.

The police started an investigation.
