Arsenal and Tottenham to play the first derby north of London out of the United Kingdom in Hong Kong


Arsenal and Tottenham will contain the first derby north of London to be held out of the United Kingdom when the two teams face each other in a friendly pre-installation in Hong Kong this summer.

London rivals will play in the Kai Tak stadium just opened on July 31 as part of their preparations for the 2025-26 season.

The match, scheduled for 7:30 pm local time (11:30 BST), will be the first time that the two teams have met outside the United Kingdom.

The device is part of the Hong Kong Football Festival, which will see the rivals of the Premier League that Liverpool take AC Milan on July 26th.

The last time Arsenal visited Hong Kong in 2012, while Spurs visited Japan and South Korea in 2024.

The Manchester United will play two post-stagger friendlies in Hong Kong and Malaysia, but they are one of the numerous premier league clubs ready to visit the United States as part of their pre-installation preparations.

Chelsea and Manchester City have yet to make decisions on their pre-stage, given that both clubs are involved in the Club World Cup starting on June 15th.
