Scott Prince Backs Nrlw and Queensland Reds Talent Shalom Sauaso to pursue multiple codes

The member of the Wallaroos team said his family had talked about choosing “whatever you bring you further”.
Contracts to the Australian Sevens program have an average of $ 110,000 per year, while players against high -level Wallaroo can earn up to $ 72,458 through the match of the 15 women.
Nrlw continues to grow its season (11 rounds) and the teams (12) – compared to the four rounds of Super W – with the average salary which should increase to $ 63,250 by 2027 outside the state of origin ($ 15,000 per game) and international duties.
But Prince believed that the financial factors would not have been the key consideration of Sauaso.

“The Rugby League and the union will always have their financial earnings, so there is always something for the player,” said Prince.
“The World Cup in Rugby is a carrot, the ability to play at seven in which you can travel for the world and in our game we have been there.
“It is not about me who tries to sell her the dream, she must want and fall in love with the game and be passionate about the game.
“Even if we see Shalom like a little superstar, with all the characteristics of reaching those heights, let’s not lose sight of the fact that he is only 17 years old.”
Sauaso has become one of the most ferocious defenders of rugby, in direct contrast with the sweet and slightly humble teenager who is.
The way he got up with Wallaroos Star Cecilia Smith against Western Force booked a Ballymore semifinal against the Drua delle Fiji, while his transport for cut have helped to orchestrate the victory 47-10.
The growth of Sauaso accelerated playing alongside Charlotte Caslick, Bella Nasser, Kahli Henwood and Teagan Levi at the Reds and the Coach of Queensland Andrew Fraser stressed that the partnership must be prepared to host the 2029 Women’s World Cup of Rugby.
“It is an exceptional talent, and if he had fun this year, it is hoped that he can consider his options in track but being with us in the long term,” Fraser said.
“The ability to bring the Sevens girls to the face at Rugby 15s was a useful exercise and the girls have shown that they can compete at this level.
“Now he is working together to harmonize him. In the end, the goal of the women’s program is to build more significant devices.
“We saw the appetite is there.”
