The Memphis Grizzlies guard, Ja Morant, was fined for $ 75,000 twice using a gesture of the gun for the fingers during a game.

Thursday Morant did the gestures during the 110-108 victory of the Grizzlies against Miami Heat in Florida.

The NBA states that the 25 -year -old was previously warned by the League office that the gesture of the gun for the fingers could be interpreted in a negative light.

Morant – who scored 30 team leaders Thursday – was suspended twice from the NBA for showing a gun on social media.

He was banned for eight games without remuneration in March 2023 for having brandished a firearm in a live video of Instagram.

After the first accident, he apologized and said he had taken the “full responsibility” for his actions.

He said he would “work on learning better methods to face stress and my general well -being” and that, after reflection, he understood “what I have to lose”.

Morant also had advice while suspended.

The two-time All-Star has played for Memphis since they selected it with the second choice of the NBA Draft 2019.

Memphis Grizzlies are in sixth place in the Western Conference with a record of 45-32.
