IRS, DHS conclude in an attempt to expel illegal immigrants
EXCLUSIVE: The Department for National Security (DHS) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have reached an agreement to allow the ICE to access information on taxpayers to identify illegal immigrants subject to deportation.
The Trump administration presented a memorandum of understanding at the end of Monday with a court to create guardrail and a trial for ICE requests to IRS for further investigations on illegal immigrants who have failed or refuse to leave the United States 90 days after a judge issued a final order of removal.
“The Internal Revenue Service and immigration and customs application have entered into a memorandum of understanding to establish a clear and safe process in support of the efforts of the police to combat illegal immigration,” a spokesperson for the Treasury Department told Fox News Digital.

“The foundations of this memorandum of understanding are based in the longtime authorities granted by the congress, which serve to protect the privacy of Americans respectful of the law, rationalizing the ability to pursue criminals,” says the note. “After four years of Joe Biden who flood the nation with illegal aliens, the maximum priority of President Trump is to guarantee the security of the American people”.

An agreement project reported last month by the Washington Post said that it will limit the ICE to confirm the addresses of illegal immigrants who have final removal orders.
The agreement would allow the ICE to present the names and addresses of illegal immigrants to the IRS, which could therefore verify those Tax registration of immigrants and provide the immigration agency with current information information.
Some veterans of the IRS have expressed concern, claiming that the restricted exception was understood only for criminal investigations and not for the application of immigration.
