The office of the Sheriff of the County of Barton responded to the house outside the city of Great Bend, about 100 miles north of Wichita, around 10:30 pm on March 24.
The babysitter told the deputies who dealt with children in the residence when he came across suspicious. The two engaged in an altercation during which one of the children was overturned. The man fled the scene after officials arrived.
The babysitter identified it as Martin Villalobos Junior, 27 years old. He said that once he lived in the residence, but he had been forbidden to return due to an abuse protection order issued against him.
The officials immediately searched the area but were unable to identify Villalobos. The following morning, the deputies returned to the area and vomited him close to the house again. They chased him on foot and eventually caught the suspicion.
He was then transferred to the prison of the county of Barton, where he was booked on charges of aggravated kidnapping, theft with aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, danger for children, crime of a criminal of an officer of the police and violation of a protection from the order of abuse.
He is currently detained with an $ 500,000 obligation.
