Another young man from a small town on the southern coast is about to make his debut in the NRL. You can thank Mick Cronin

One of the few regrets of the Cronin rugby League was forced to lose a final of Grand Local because he was about to visit England with the Kangaroos.
That profound love for the community – and admiration for local lions – does a lot to help explain why Gerringong is about to reveal his fifth player nrl in the Nrl competition of 2025.
Saturday Gerringong Junior Dylan Egan will debut for St George Illawarra
Dylan Egan, a 20-year-old back-point, will leave the bench for St George Illawarra on Saturday afternoon against the Melbourne storm. One of his best companions, Hamish Stewart, will also play for dragons after making his debut a couple of weeks ago.
Tyran Wishart, who wears the storm shirt n. 7, is also a favorite of Gerringong. Manly’s Reuben Garrick is by Gerringong, as well as the New Zealand striker Jackson Ford.
When you launch Hayden Buchanan, who is also on the dragon payroll, as well as Wes Pring and Lacie Weir, South Sydney Ashton Ward and Nick Quinn, the Taj Ford of Cronula, the Newcastle Cup, is a Newcastle Roll Call since it has been a Newcastle Roll Call Roll Call since it has been a Newcastle Roll Call when it has been when it is a Roll Call of Newcastle since it has been a Newcastle Roll Call since it’s a Newcastle Roll Call. No more than 4000 people.

Scott Stewart, Hamish’s father, who works as a wellness officer at the Dragons, and is now coach of Lions, said that the long production line of the League’s talent was the result of Cronin’s inheritance.
“Mick deserves all the merit; the professional standards he has set and the way he approached the game of Footy, we are still following now,” said Stewart.
“If the boys had not been able to play under him, they were always in training and had the opportunity to jump in the opposite sessions.
“Guys like Reuben and Jackson finished in the SG Ball (Under 19 competition), then they returned to play a year or two in the first grade, and they were more than ready when they were called to NRL.
“Most children are concerned about playing in the nrl: children here dream of playing for Gerringong.”
When you say Cronin of Stewart’s beautiful words, he says: “Scott is throwing you.
Gerringong has won seven groups of group 7 since 2010 and played in ten large finals in the same period.

Cronin was open to offering free beers in his pub if one of the three places marked an attempt in the Dragons-Storm game, “but I’m overturning nobody will be here because they will all be at stake”. For the record, there will be no free golets for any attempt.
Ward is a tough striker that coach Shane Flanagan has admired in the last 12 months.
Garrick was happy for Egan’s debut and said: “It fills you with pride, this is certain. We have never been the greatest guys from Gerringong, but we are proud to be the most suitable and try to be the strongest.
“As for the influence of Cronin, Garrick said:” He instilled that ethics of work in me and kept the game simple. It has a lot to do with the systems still in place there … the first grade systems up to the junior are all the same, so all coaches know what they are doing and we players could go up to any degree in which we had to. “
Cronin will not be in Kogarah. He reviewed Parramatta reluctantly.
“Have you ever been to Gerringong? Not even you would go away,” he said.
