Anthony Albanese confirms the electoral date of 3 May Australia; Peter dutton budget answer emitted
It is the one million dollar question and we are finally in a few minutes to know the answer.
While the Prime Minister arrives at the Parliament House to keep the press conference to announce the electoral date, we can be very confident that we know the date on the basis of some factors.

From the day it is called an election, there must be a campaign window of at least 33 days and no more than 58 days.

With the Easter weekend and Anzac Day excluded, the remaining possible dates for the elections are May 3, May 10 and the last possible date of 17 May.
Nobody wants a 7 -week campaign, so May 17 is good as excluded.
With this in mind, we can unlock the options until 3 May and 10 May, with the professionals who tilt that the prosecutor is more inclined towards a shorter campaign, and therefore it will opt for the first.
