At least 13 people who died after the collapse of the roof at the NightClub of the Dominican Republic | Dominican Republic

At least 13 people died and more than 70 were injured after a roof fell into a night club in the capital of Dominican Republic Tuesday said the authorities.

Juan Manuel Méndez, director of the emergency operating center, said that the crews sought potential survivors of the rubble for jets in Santo Domingo.

He said: “We assume that many of them are still alive, and that’s why the authorities here will not give up until one person remains under those rubble”.

Among the wounded there is the singer of Merengue Rubby Pérez, who performed when the roof collapsed.
