Barbra Banda: NWSL investigating “hateful language” to Orlando Pride Striker


The National Women’s Soccer League is investigating an accident involving “hateful language” directed to the striker of Orlando Barbra Banda pride from a fan.

The accident occurred during Orlando’s 2-0 victory over the Gotham FC Sunday at the Sports Illustrated Stadium in New York.

Gotham said he was apologized to Orlando and who were working with the NWSL to investigate the accident.

“This behavior is unacceptable and has not placed in our League or in our stadiums,” said the NWSL, Orlando Pride and Gotham FC in a note.

“The safety of the stadium quickly responded to the accident once it was reported and directly faced the individual, monitoring the situation for the rest of the game,” added Gotham.

Gang has been appointed BBC Women’s Footer of the Year in 2024 After scoring 17 goals to help Orlando to request their first NWSL championship last season.

The 25 -year -old also scored four goals for Zambia at the Paris Olympics last summer to become the main African marker in Olympic history with 10.
