The Aston Villa and England Tyrone Mings, Tottenham and Brazil Richarlison and Kasha Petit of the QPR are also appointed on the Black Football list for 2024.
The annual celebration, which began in 2008, recognizes the efforts of the black characters who work in various areas of the game.
The coach of the Nottingham Forest Nuno Espirito Santo is among the inclusions of the Coaching category.
It is flanked by the boss of Port Vale Darren Moore, by the assistant coach of England Under 21 Ashley Cole, by Watford Women’s Renee Hector and by the Under 21 Arys of the Women of Arsenal Carly Williams.
The lists are compiled in eight categories, including a “to be watched” category to identify the talents under 30 years of age, are decided by a group of experts with representatives of the Premier League, of the association of professional players, the association of league managers, EFL and anti-racism group.
Leon Mann, co-founder of Black List football, said: “The Black Football list serves once again as a reminder of the incredible impact black community that they are doing in football.
“It is also essential that, while we celebrate exceptional people in the list, we recognize the under -representation in progress of the blacks away from the game – in the council rooms, in the shelter and in the leadership teams throughout the game.
“We have to face this challenge urgently.”
