Czech Curry – Misya recipe

Clean the onion and cut it into slices; Wash the apple well, cut it in the destination, remove the central wrong and cut into slices too.
Put them in a saucepan from the bottom often with oil and curry and brown over low heat until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
In the meantime, cook the rice, in slightly salted boiling water.
When it is cooked, drain it and place it on a plate.
When they are cooked pour apples and onions into a container suitable for the minipimer (usually they are narrow and long), add the milk and soy sauce and blend until a smooth cream is obtained, then season with salt if needed.
(You can adjust the amount of soy milk depending on the density you prefer for the sauce, therefore I recommend adding a little at a time.)
Pour the sauce into the pan used for cooking, add the well -drained chickpeas and let them flavor for a few minutes.
Finally serve the curry chickpeas on the plate together with the rice.
Here, your Ceci curry is ready, you just have to enjoy it.
