The Boss of the Magpies had felt bad for several days and was taken to the hospital on Friday evening late, where he was held during the night for further tests.
These tests are said to be in progress but he is aware and speaks with his family, with the club that says he is “continuing to receive expert medical care”.
The Newcastle has not provided further details on the disease, but says that further debt time updates will follow.
