Four Alpacas shot dead in the “senseless” massacre on the Cambridgeshire farm

Four Alpaca Having well shot to death during a “horrible” attack on a farm in Cambridgeshire, said their heart owner.
Dawn French, who lives on a farm in East Hatley, described the murders as “senseless” after finding the bodies the animals, named Calvin, Klein, Martha and Juniper, scattered through his six -acri field on Sunday morning.

“A fifth was hit but was fine.
“One of the sheep had been exploited by a dog and was found very, very bad in a pit just off the pitch.
“It’s just horrible, senseless, simply terrible.”
Mrs. French said the sheep had to be shot down because she was so seriously snorted.
When asked about a possible reason for the attack, French said: “We absolutely have no idea. We hope it is perhaps just one -off and it is not a last mania.
“It was absolutely horrible, no thoughts that could be behind us. Only brutal, senseless – there are no words.”
In a Facebook post that announces the attack, he said: “All day spent in East Hatley with the police, the team of rural crimes, Casso (scene of the crime officers) and veterinarian saving the wounded one. What the hell did it happen?
“The police are taking him very seriously with the guns involved … what is it later?”
The police have launched an appeal and the officers ask anyone who has information on the accident to get in touch.
Sergeant Tom Nuttall said: “This was a very distressing crime that caused death and serious injuries to defenseless animals”.
