Harry Kane: winning a “noise” trophy, don’t think of leaving Bayern Munich

Harry Kane says that winning a trophy can “stop the noise” that followed him for most of his career and confirmed that he is not thinking of leaving Bayern Munich.

Despite being one of the most prolific Marcieri in the world in the last decade, the 31 -year -old has yet to lift the silverware in his 15 -year career.

However, his Bayern team has six points away from Bayer Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga, as well as being in the quarterfinals of the Champions League. The German team will also compete in the Club World Cup tournament just renewed in the United States this summer.

When he was asked of his career, Kane told Espn: “I have done many things that I wanted to do in my career so far. Of course, the team trophies are the thing that everyone will return. In the end, you have to do your best in every situation and I feel like I had done it.

“Since I talked, it was always what I can be consistent. It has been a great journey of mine. To be constantly one of the best players in the world. That push will be with me until the end of my career, whether it ends with a trophy or 20 trophies.

“In the end, (the lack of trophies) I will not change my mentality. This year we have another opportunity to win some trophies, and it would be incredible. Maybe this would stop that noise around me.”

The lack of silverware of the team is a criticism that followed Kane for several years, from his time to Tottenham Hotspur to his career with the English national team, which happened.

He was unable to win a trophy with Bayern in his debut campaign last year.

“I think in football in general you will always have people who doubt and criticize you,” he added. “The most important thing is that you know what you are trying to get. Your teammates respect you for how you work and the club and fans respect you. In the end, this is what interests me.

“I was extremely close (to win a trophy) but I have not passed the line, and this is part of the ups and downs of football. I arrived at a Champions League final with Tottenham (in 2019) and two finals with England (2021 and 2024). There have been many good things.

“Football and sports in general are quite ruthless when you do not exceed the line. All the rest is practically forgotten. This is what makes you who you are. Those learning, those ups and downs. In the end, it is never a straight line at the top of the mountain. There are bumps along the way. The most pleasant thing is the motivation and the push to continue to be the best I can be.

“When everything is said and done, those conversations (beyond the best players of all time) will be carried out. It is not just under my control. I just try to be the best version of myself, and I feel like I had done it. There are still many chapters to carry out in my career.”

Kane, who joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023, was again impressively this season, scoring 33 goals in 38 games.

It is clear five goals at the top of the Bundesliga scoring the charts with 22 and scored 10 goals in the Champions League, one behind Barcelona forward and the top scorer Raphinha.

England International has remained two years on its contract and was connected to a removal by the Allianz Arena.

When asked about his future, Kane said: “I’m not sure. Throughout my career I said I’m not someone who likes to think too much ahead. I am extremely happy here. We have a fantastic team and a technical staff.

“I feel as if I were in my best conditions, I want to play at the highest possible levels and this is the highest. I know that much can change football in a short period of time, but in the end, my goal is here (at Bayern). I’m not thinking about any other team or other League.

“I just like going with the flow and at the moment the flow is here at Bayern Munich. Few random stories outside (on its future). I don’t know where they come from, but I’m happy here at Bayern Munich. “
