In March, it was announced that the SSN England would be abolished and that the service would be led to the control of ministers.
The changes marked the reversal of a SSN 2012 Shake-up under the conservative democratic-liberal coalition, which the government said that it created layers of “burdensome” bureaucracy without clear lines of responsibility.
The plan will focus on the “three shifts” that argue that the government are needed, including the movement of the SSN services towards multiple treatments based on the community, preventing people who get sick in the first place and a better use of digital technology.
Mr. Streeting also repeated his belief that the NHS “is not all for money”.
He said that “you cannot simply continue to pay ever -growing quantities of taxpayers in a system that is not set to offer the best use of that money and the best treatments for patients and this is why the system must change”.
