Jason Day has a chance to fight to Augusta, Rory Mcilroy roars in the second round

A hole with a 46 -year rewriting history of the masters, Jason Day will continue to swear inside and wait for the Putts to go down after giving a chance to fight Masters.
The Australian was on the right way to become the first man to get rid of Bogey through the first 36 holes of the tournament to and Sneed in 1979, until his first imperfection on Friday’s 18th green.
The winner of the PGA championship 10 years ago settled for his second round by two under-pars of 70 to be four under-pars and four shots of the leader Justin Rose who enters the weekend.
He had at least four looks on birdies to move two shots from the command on the back nine, but he could only throw his head back while Putts passed or lowered.
The wind became a factor late on Friday, the day was short of the 18th green and then lost a putt equal to eight feet in its only slide so far.

“Inside, I’m like swearing on myself,” he said about his almost miss on greenery. “But … this golf course … can frustrate you.
“When you miss the putts and give you opportunities, it’s what it is.
“I feel like the statistics turn early for me, and I hope it’s this weekend.
“If I can get rolled in the way I feel like I can, then I feel as if I could put myself in the running.”
