Kyle Walker: AC Milan Defender on loan from Man City undergoes elbow surgery
The defender of AC Milan Kyle Walker is ready for a spell on the sidelines after surgery on a fractured elbow.
34 -year -old International England underwent the injury during training and subsequently had an operation.
“To ensure better healing and optimize recovery times, the player has undergone surgery in Milan”, the Serie A club said in a declaration, external on their website.
“The operation went perfectly to plan. Kyle will immediately begin rehabilitation.”
Walker Transferred to Milan in January on loan Until the end of the season after remaining out of favor under the manager of the city of Manchester Pep Guardiola.
He made 12 appearances in all competitions for the Rossoneri, who are currently ninth in Serie A but in the semifinals of the Italian Cup.
The Milan agreement for Walker includes an option to purchase the right back when his loan agreement ends.
