Lando Norris “Fit and Mentally Focused” in an attempt to win the world title

Lando Norris believes he is better prepared than never managed the penalties of a Formula 1 season while making offers to conquer his first drivers.
The 25 year old pushed Max Verstappen During the second half of the last campaign, but the Dutchman resisted his first advantages to claim a fourth subsequent title.
McLaren, for their own admission, currently boasts the best car in this sport and got the victory to the first two races of the season – Norris won Melbourne Before Oscar Plastri He led one-two for the team in China.
Japanese Grand Prix of this weekend, where Norris was beaten on pole by Verstappen, kicks off a triple testator-with Bahrein Later before a trip to Saudi Arabia.
Norris claims to have learned to prepare himself mentally and physically for the challenges of a season of 24 races and is sure he can manage everything that is launched.
“I am ensuring that I am equally in shape and mentally concentrated as I will be in race 24 of the season,” said Norris.
“I feel more on top of all these aspects than he ever, so I am more ready, able to recover better and recover faster and all these things.
“There is much more than simply driving the car quickly.
“I have an excellent team around me, with whom I work a lot to understand these things and know how better work.
“I have my coach who works with me from two sides, the mental and physical side of things, both who start with sleep.
“But then only food, hydration, recovery. Recovery It is an important part of, not only of the triple testator, but of the entire season. “
Norris came out of the first two races of the season in the lead for the first time in his career.
But the British driver believes that he now has the experience to close the noise.
“I forgot (about it) to be honest. I also love my life outside of Formula 1,” added Norris.
“I’m not going around thinking” I’m driving the championship. “I don’t know, it has no effect on me.
“Sometimes I like to go out and be with my friends and forget life in Formula 1.
“I think I am good at being able to go out and distract me and do other things, play some golf and anything.
“It’s something I learned with the experience of being in F1, it’s a way I know I better work is to have my free time.
“Even last year and the year before, I fought a lot more to disconnect myself and I came across those holes where everything I could do is to think about how bad the weekend went or because you are so good with this.
“And this was just having a great negative effect on my mood and on my well -being, only in normal life, when it shouldn’t.”
