Latrell Back – but not a full back

Latrell Mitchell seems destined to return for South Sydney to the center with Jye Gray to keep the shirt n. 1.

Mitchell will make his long -awaited return from an injury to the knee tendon in Friday’s match against the rival bitters of the Sydney Roosters.

While the coach Wayne Bennett insisted on the fact that Mitchell is the best option of the club full -back, he spent most of the Tuesday morning session in Heffron Park on the left edge. Jack Wighton trained in the right center.

Gray was a back in full back and what is missing in size – and a ability to sweep a game like Mitchell – has certainly compensated with effort and reliability in defense. Gray is currently driving the Dally M Points table after four rounds of the competition.
