Lieutenant general William Hartman has appointed interim director of the National Security Agency
President Donald Trump fired the head of National Security Agency (NSA)A high -level move guided by the growing pressure of the conservative allies to eliminated officials who consider insufficient as insufficient to the “America First” agenda of the President.
Lieutenant General Timothy Haugh and the Civil Vice Civil Civil Noble were let go of their roles as director and deputy director of the NSA. Lieutenant general William Hartman, who also leads Cyber Command, will act as an interim director, while Sheila Thomas will take over as a deputy.
Hartman previously commanded the Cyber National Mission Force and held the intelligence, the cyberspace operations and infantry roles during the sides around the world. Thomas recently directed the cryptological partnership of NSA with the United Kingdom and was director of involvement and politics at the NSA.

Shake-up arrives when some right-wing figures turned against the members of the National Security Team of Trump. The far -right provocateur Laura Loomer met Trump this week to share her “research” on the officials he believes must be fired.
As Loomer pointed out on X, both Haugh and Noble have been appointed bidens. Apparently the merit of the fire took place, claiming that Haugh had no “any place” in the Trump administration because it was “chosen by hand” by the former joint president Chiefs Mark Milley.
“Because we should want a NSA director who was referring to Biden after being selected by Milley by hand,” wrote Mrs. Loomer. “Why should we want to choose Milley’s choice for NSA director? We don’t do it! And it was reported to shoot.”

The White House and NSA did not answer when he was asked if Loomer had influenced the president’s decision.
Trump also fired several National Security Council (NSC) Thursday, the staff, adding to the recent troubles of the Mike Waltz national security consultant after accidentally included the coach -editor of the Atlantic Jeffrey Goldberg in a chat on Houthi Strikes.
“We will let go of the people we don’t like, or the people we don’t think can do the job or people who could have loyalty to someone else,” Trump said to the layoffs. He confirmed that the NSC members had been fired, but observed that they were not many people.
The NSA Shuffle also arrived after Trump recently let CQ Brown, former president of the joint leaders, and Admiral Lisa Franchetti, former head of the naval operations.
