Liv Miami: Marc Leishman wins the first Liv Golf title such as Sergio Garcia, Bryson Dechambeau and Jon Rahm heat up the masters

Marc Leishman won his first individual Liv Golf title while he beat Charl Schwartzel with a blow to Miami – and saw a series of other players who warm up for the Masters.

The 41 -year -old Australian, who will not be part of the Liv contingent in Augusta, made a final round of four under 68 to end six below.

Leishman had started the day in three shots behind the leader Bryson Dechambeau, but gave the tone with a bird to the first.

Then he sank the birds in the fourth, eighth and tenth hole before Otto Pars helped him to end up just in front of Schwartzel South African, who loaded 66 on the Blue Monster route at the Trump National Doral in Florida.

“I saw all the guys behind me and I knew the holes I had to finish on,” said Leishman.

“I probably played a little bit about my best golf I’ve ever played today.”

Among the LIV players who take part in the Masters as well as Schwartzel, the former Masters champion Sergio Garcia was two shots behind Leishman at four below.

The Us Open Dechambeau champion ended two more shots two below, while the three -time sample of Masters Phil Michelson closed a below.
