Liverpool’s career by Mohamed Salah (so far) in extremely niche and dark statistics statistics

Football made a long way from the contractual negotiations that took a few minutes and ended with a handshake in a parking lot.
When he was about to look for a new club in 2009, Michael Owen produced a lucid brochure, which, among other things, faced his injury record, his levels of desire and if he really traveled “to Newcastle from his stables in cheshire every day by helicopter” (spoiler: apparently not).
More recently Kevin De Bruyne has used various metrics – presumably superior – when he negotiated his new agreement with Manchester City in 2021.
We do not know if Mohamed Salah’s new Liverpool contract depended on him by providing evidence that he could continue to score and help in industrial quantities, but he certainly played a fairly important role in what seems a relatively regular process.
What if Wrangling had been much harder? What if Salah and his entourage had been forced to go much more deeply to persuade Liverpool that was worth a new agreement?
Including Man Utd players, Mohamed Salah is the seventh higher PL scorer at Old Trafford in the 1920s

In short, what happens if it had gone a little bit?
Liverpool: Look, clearly the number of goals you have scored is impressive, but all our metrics show that in these days the variety is extremely important for fans. It is all very well that repeatedly bends in the ball with extraordinary ability on the right side of the box, but where are the close distance finishes?
Wrong: Refer to the goal of Mr. Salah against Southampton in September 2018 alone only 0.97 million or, if you want a more recent example, what about the effort of 1.32 million against Brentford in May 2023? Are they close enough for you?
Liverpool: Very good. Next question, Mr. Salah is able to mark a goal that adapts to this specific description: “An effort that strongly remembers an excessive dad who has marked a little eight years in a park”?
Wrong: Can we present the goal of Mr. Salah against Bournemouth in December 2018?

Liverpool: Yes, this satisfies this requirement very much. By the way, Mr. Salah mark goals in the head, by the way? Could we do with some other headers, if possible?
Wrong: Mr Salah has all the goals in the Premier League as much as Harry Maguire. Like Troy Deeney. Like Tomas Soucek. He has three times more than the Delap family, Rory and Liam.

Liverpool: Once again, well. Thank you. Ok, next question. Obviously, Mr. Salah is an icon of the Premier League, but we are trying to expand his appeal to fans of the EFL clubs – Is there anything you can suggest there?
Wrong: He scored many goals in Bradford City Premier League, Cardiff City and Huddersfield Town combined. He had multiple touches in the area of penalty penalty of what the Sheffield United has in the Premier League in this decade. Is it enough?
Liverpool: Er, do you have something specific on watford?
Wrong: (Rifling transce) Four goals only four shots against them in Anfield in 2018. Observers defined him the perfect mix of efficacy and contempt.

Liverpool: This should do it, thanks. Do you have something in general about him disturbing teams more than any other player? That kind of things is always good.
Wrong: How about the fact that he is the only player in the history of the Premier League to overcome three separated teams in one season? That is to say, Huddersfield, Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion in 2017-18.
Liverpool: Impressive, but it was some time ago, and we only arrived in fourth place in that season.
Wrong: Can we urgently suggest consulting a championship table? Salah currently has more goals than Southampton and Leicester City and is only four behind the city of Ipswich. It is very heated. Oh, and these goals mean that Liverpool is about to win the championship.
Liverpool: Ah, yes, all the fair points. And winning the championship is important enough for us, as you know. We will go on 20 titles with Manchester United this summer. Can you confirm that Mr. Salah will continue to torment United if it remains with Liverpool?
Wrong: Look, it’s the seventh player with the highest score of Old Trafford in the 1920s, including his players. He scored more goals against Manchester United than against any other part. He took part in 4-0, a 5-0 and 7-0 victory against them in the last three and a half years. It is a strong cv.
