Lockdown declared to East Block on Parliament Hill
The police service of Ottawa (OPS) and the parliamentary protective service (PPS) are staged in Parliament Hill for a barricading man in the Block East area.

Saturday afternoon, PPS declared to confinement For 111 Wellington St, also known as East Block. The notice was sent to the staff who works in Parliament Hill.
