Mandate for the arrest of Craig Leith after the police accused him of a malicious fire and was sentenced in the absence of crimes of domestic violence

During an accident in which Leith was subsequently sentenced for violating his Avo, Ambrus told the police that he was forced to destroy a window of their home because Leith had locked her up with the cold, according to the court documents.
In judicial documents, Ambrus also claims to have launched a metal tool in Leith during a “brawl” after Leith has “furious”, causing a cut and a bruise.
“The police continued to tell them that they were bad about each other … but she was too sick to do anything,” said Caroline.
The court documents show that the police discovered that there were “ongoing tensions and building” between the two, noting the “conflict versions” of the fighting.
Leith claims that Ambrus was the main author of domestic violence.

After the separation, Ambrus remained at home, paying the mortgage. In June 2023, after Leith frequented the property to sell a bulldozer and would have refused to leave.

Ambrus lawyers later asked to leave the property by the end of July.
However, by 1 August, nothing remained to be released. Ambrus came to the property of Bombay with his son, James Lawrence, to find the firefighters who pushed the fire.
“Mom was hysterical. The whole place was burned on the ground,” said Lawrence.
The property was not ensured after the prizes increased following the 2019 Bush fires.
Lawrence said that three separate fires were lit in the house and in two storage containers, who sat about 30 meters away. Leith’s objects had been packed and placed in a caravan and his car parked by the flame.
He was found near the property and brought to a mental health structure in the nearby Goulburn. After his discharge, Ambrus and Caroline paid Leith to return to New Zealand.
“I just wanted to go away,” said Caroline.
The police are looking for leith
The documents of the Leith court claim to have no memory of the day of the fire.

He said he was aware of the mandate against him and had planned to return to Australia and his the police of the New South Wales.
A spokesman confirmed that Leith presumably did not appear in court in September 2023 after being accused of destroying/damaged the property with fire and violation of a ban/restriction in an Avo.
“The requests continue to where the man was and anyone who has information is invited to contact Crime Stoppers,” said the spokesman.
