Manly Sea Eagles Anthony SeiBold’s coach says he doesn’t know if Daly Cherry-Evans will play in 2026

“I know since December,” said Seibold on Saturday. “I have said it several times that both I and I had private conversations and, ultimately, it was his decision when he would announce that this would be his last year (in Manly).
“The club and chez are at peace with his decision. He allowed us to focus on what we do later.
“What we don’t want to do is move away from the moment.
“We had a good start for the season. They were business as usual internally and I can’t wait to see how we show how much we are connected with our actions on Sunday.”
When he was asked if he had grilled Cherry-Evans on why he wanted to leave the Club-Non once, but twice-Seibold said: “I don’t think it is (which) does not want to be here. My conversations with chez will remain private, because that’s how it should be.

“I feel that Chez is very genuine regarding him not knowing what he wants to do later.
“Do you want to play? The next birthday is 37 years old. He could play? I think he could probably, but only he can answer.
“For 36 years who has played 332 games for our Club-Ha (also) has played origin and for the Australia-the end he manages to make that call.
“Of course people want to know (if and where he will play later), but I sincerely believe that Chez has not made a decision on what he wants to do.
“We are three rounds in a season of 27 rounds. I think he should be able to make a decision on what he wants to do in his time. It’s a physical game.”
Despite chasing Fogarty and knew the teenage directors Joey Walsh and Onitoni Large are their long-term half options, as virile as the idea of moving Cinque-Ettavo Ro’s Raojevic, in particular with Lehi Hopoate a replacement of the ready full-back.
Raumole Olakau’Atu, Reuben Garrick and Jason Saab would be a potentially harmful combination of right. Defending at the forefront is what Roomvic regularly does for the new South Wales and Australia when it plays in the centers.

“We hoped that Chez could reconsider his decision since December, but in the background we have a couple of things we have planned, and now it is a matter of going out and performing the right plan, and that would be one of them,” Seoldo said to be a number 6.
Jake Raojevic was certainly all for having moved his brother to the five-octavo, revealing during the week that his brother had already had a say in how the Sea Eagles played.
“It is one of the smartest people you will meet in terms of rugby alloy and the way you read the game,” said Jake.
“He would have had to work on his football-did not do it since Aussie governs in the under 12-but it could certainly do it. I think Tom is eager to do anything he adapts to this club. I think his best position is the full-back-I will not hide from that, it is a great back-but everything that is best for us to go on, will do it.”
