Manly Sea Eagles fans give Daly Cherry-Evans their blessing to go on

Two hours earlier, he arrived alone in his car on the back of the main tribune and came out smiling. No fanfare. No hangers. Only he and his kit of the kit.
He smiled during his pre-match interview with Ruan Sims on Channel Nine.
The weight of the world was out of his shoulders. You could see it a mile away. Bandaid had been torn and would have been fine.
He wanted to go out, he let the world know, and while the debate on him dominated the week, he arrived a day of play and it was time to go on.
Although uncertain about what type of reception he would receive, nobody was in doubt about the performance he would offer. That performance led to another virile victory: a comfortable victory of 26-12 over Parramatta without victories.
The production was exactly what he has done for 15 years: an performance of total commitment and maximum professionalism.

He got up in shape and ready to leave, physically and mentally, week-in, week, only 20 odd games are missing. Yesterday was no different.
It was in everything and could have marked the first attempt when Jason Saab moved away. Cherry-Evans was inside and a simple passage would put it on. But there is no room for sentimentalism in the fourth round, regardless of circumstances.
The respect shown to Cherry-EVANS was clearly contrasting with what Dylan Brown of Eels faced the Commbank stadium of the parramatta fans after signing the 13 million dollar Newcastle agreement.
Boos and constant jersers for a player who believe have delivered for them and now he has attached extra money.

In Cherry-Evans, Manly fans accepted after a long period of service and at the age of 36, he gained the right to make their choices.
They are not stupid, fan of the rugby championship. They understand it, even if the game often blocks between the days of glory of the elderly and today’s modern workplace.
In the “days of glory”, the players were paid but they had other jobs they left to the door over the weekend as they poured the blood and thrilled the irreducible.
Now, they are full -blown professionals, who work under the type of public control employees in normal workplaces would find unacceptable.
Playing in the NRL is a job. Clubs are workplaces, bound by the same laws and regulations of any workplace.
Players have a union, the RLPA and have rights such as regulated holidays and free days.
But, within that collective, the players are unique operators and make decisions of a single trader. Every time a player signs a contract, he is said “they are doing their best for themselves and for the future of their family”.

Sunday fans have meant that Cherry-Evans knew they understood what he was doing. Goes with their blessing.
While the week took place, in Cherry-Evans, infinite public advice was offered: who had to remain and be a virile man a club like Cliffy and Beaver, Snake and Toovs. Take one for the team.
He was mocked to “love money”. Email after and -mail at Talkback Radio said the same: “DCE loves the money”.
It is a safe bet to assume that the boys write those and -mail also love their money.
So, a plumber who offered a thousand another week to hire a job in a new living development that will reject him? Hardly.
The applause of Sea Eagles fans were their way of telling them that it was ok and for him ignore the noise.
Although it is not the end of the story, the face of the house with the eels was at least the stop in a week of madness that was the theater of the rugby League at the best.
And when the Rugby League theater attracts curtains, what you look can be pure pantomime, the truth hidden somewhere in the shadows.
There is no way to feel the truth, and nothing but the truth, from Cherry-Evans or Virile.
And when the full truth is not out there, and it is rarely in rugby alloy, petrol on the flames is extreme.
Cherry-Evans is different and marches at his pace. Virile fans fell behind.
However, they have a bigger problem than DCE to leave Tom Roomvic’s Hangstrings and Knees.
