Masters Tournament 2025: Rory Mcilroy “trying to block the noise”

Mcilroy didn’t go much in his last two Masters tournaments, losing the cut in 2023 and ending up tied for 22nd last year.
But he has the second best probability of winning, behind only the scorffler Scottie champion, understandably. In five events this year, the 35 -year -old did not finish outside the top 20 and has other first five apart from his two wins.

“I had the opportunity to win some of the largest golf tournaments in the world and it didn’t happen completely,” Mcilroy said. “But life goes on. You will dust yourself and go again. I think that’s why I became a little more comfortable in putting everything out there and being a little vulnerable sometimes.”
