Maurice Terzini resigns as Bondi Icebergs director

The dining room of Icebergs and the founder of the Bar Maurice Terzini resigned from the iconic group of restaurants after accusations of having protected his son Sylvester full -back following multiple requests for sexual aggression.

The Sydney Morning Herald AND Age He revealed last week that one of the most powerful figures of Australian hospitality was aware of more women who wanted to press the accusations against Sylvester, but continued to use it in at least seven of his restaurants while expanding his restaurant empire.

“Maurice Terzini has agreed to resign as director of the dining room and the business of the Icebergs bar, and has lowered himself from any involvement in the sector while we conduct an independent revision of the issues raised in SMH relations,” said an Ocebergs Group spokesperson in a note.

“That review is in progress.”

The revelations also sent the other investment partners of Maurice to distance themselves from the two winning restaurateurs.

“I really don’t want to have anything to do with these people,” said Joe Jones, one of Maurice’s Melbourne partners.

Maurice Terzini and Sylvester Terzini both denied the accusations against them.
