Mother arrested after the dead child found inside the bag outside Notting Hill Church in London
A woman was arrested with suspicion to hide a birth, abandonment and infanticide after his newborn was found dead out of a church London.
The 30 -year -old mother was brought to a nearby hospital to ensure that “all the necessary medical treatment were provided,” said the metropolitan police.

The body of the newborn was discovered in a Black Marks & Spencer bag by a worker of the advice of the Council outside the church of all saints, off Talbot Road in Notting Hill, at 12.46 am on Tuesday.
Scotland Yard said that a forensic post-Morthem on the child will take place at the end of this week with investigators who remain “open” on the circumstances that led to his death.
The superintendent Owen Renowden, who guides the police for Kensington and Chelsea, said: “We believe the woman is the child’s mother and are reassured about the fact that she is receiving the support she needs, while the officers continue to understand what happened.
“I recognize that the news of this arrest can cause concern between our community, but when it comes to investigations on this nature, our priority is to guarantee the well -being of all the subjects involved and ensure that all the lines of investigation are fully explored.”
He added: “I appreciate the high level of attention that this investigation has received, but we educately ask the public not to speculate”.
