NBA: Los Angeles Lakers beaten by Orlando Magic while the play-off match intensifies

Orlando’s magic concluded a sequence of six games to lose the house by inflicting a third consecutive defeat on the Los Angeles Lakers.

Luka Doncic scored 32 points and Lebron James added 24 and eight assists for the Lakers, who led 60-58 in the middle.

However, Orlando passed visitors 34-18 in the third quarter and continued to conclude a victory of 118-106.

Franz Wagner contributed with 32 points and nine assists for magic, while Paolo Banchero added 30 points and seven rebounds.

“We are tired,” said the Lakers coach JJ Radick. “I don’t know what contributes to this. We have not been able to support the level of intensity with which we started the game.”

The Lakers, who have lost seven of the last 10 games are fourth in the Western Conference with 11 games of the remaining regular season. The first eight qualify for the play-offs and have eight more wins than the Kings sacrament of the ninth place.

The Magic occupy eighth place in the Eastern Conference and remain 10 games.

Elsewhere on Monday, in a game with two improbable parts that make the play-offs, the Dallas Mavericks welcomed Anthony Davis for an injury in a victory of 120-101 over Brooklyn’s goals.

Davis scored 12 points in 26 minutes when he returned from six weeks out with an injury to the kidnapper – he suffered in his first game for Dallas after his trade on the part of the Lakers in exchange for Doncic.
