Netball Super League: Manchester Thunder and Loughborough Lightning

Manchester Thunder has moved the points with London Pulse at the top of the Netball Super League after a 70-57 victory over Leeds’ Rhinos.
Rhinos had reduced the two -minute advantage with eight minutes, but a late increase of Thunder saw them removed them.
The attack of the Goal Elmere Van Der Berg opened the road with 30 goals for Thunder, who now won four of their five opening games.
The result creates a high -level clash next week, with the thunder that goes to London to face leaders unbeaten pulse.
Also on Saturday, Loughborough Lightning got their third victory of the season with a 70-63 victory over Winless Cardiff Dragons.
Samantha Wallace-Joseph opened the way to lightning with an impressive 40 goals in his second appearance of the season.
It was a much improved performance by Dragons, which put the best score of the countryside, but it was not enough to earn a result.
The defeat leaves them without point after four games and the Rock Fund of the ENSL.
Friday, London Mavericks went to 11 points for the season with a 67-56 victory over Nottingham Forest.
The Australian shooter Emily Andrew opened the way to the Maverks with 41 goals, while Emma Thacker scored six.
