In June 2022, Paul filed a complaint with American Express claiming that Palace violated their contract and did not provide the goods and services that paid through the American Express card of Paul, which Palace Elite Resorts contested.
The truth hidden on the multipropriety
American Express investigated the complaint and took sides with the Akeos, issuing a reversal of over $ 116,000 in September 2022, said their lawyer.

The Akeos lawyer, responding to the declaration of the building, said that Christy wrote to a representative of the palace on April 8, 2022, saying that she and Paolo “still believe that we did nothing wrong to violate our contract, but feeling that Palace has not given us any other option than to sign the documents, even if this is against our best judgment”.
