Pep Guardiola: Man City Boss says that Man Utd Fan Cants aimed at Phil Foden Show’s mother “Lack of class”
The manager of the city of Manchester, Pep Guardiola, said that the derogatory songs on the mother of Phil Foden of Manchester United fans showed “a lack of class”.
Speaking after A Manchester Insipido derby and without networks On Sunday at Old Trafford, Guardiola said it was not a problem for the United but for the people involved.
England International Foden was targeted by offensive songs during the first half of the Premier League match.
“Lack of class. But it’s not united, it’s people, you know?” Guardiola said.
“We are thus exposed, people who are on the screen in world football – in particular manager, owners and football players.
“Honestly, I don’t understand the mind of people involving Phil’s mother. It is a lack of integrity, class and should be ashamed.”
The result of the game means that City remains fifth in the Premier League, a point behind Chelsea in fourth place, with United in the 13th.
