Prague ham, creamy spaghetti recipe



A simpler spaghetti recipe than expected, full of courgettes but completed by the clerk of the Prague ham. Wrapped in cheese they become creamy: the right curriculum vitae for a candidate for next favorite comfort food for the next few months. Especially counting the speed in doing everything.


Ingredients

320 gr of spaghetti

250 gr of zucchini

120 gr of Prague ham in one slice

100 gr of philadelphia or spreadable cheese

1 shallot
-
parsley to taste

1 walnut of butter

How to prepare creamy spaghetti with Prague ham and zucchini

Melt the butter in a pan and stew the chopped shallot with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the courgettes after sprouting them, divided two lengthwise and cut into thin half slices. Also add the diced Prague ham.

Add the cheese, after making it creamy with the fork, and let it cook over very sweet to mix the dressing.

Drain the spaghetti al dente and sauté them in the pan with the courgette sauce by adding a couple of tablespoons of pasta cooking water and a spoonful of chopped parsley.
