QPR: two players from the Academy are no longer investigated for voyeurism, the police say

The players of the Academy of two Queens Park Rangers accused of voyeurism are no longer under investigation, confirmed the police.
In a statement released to BBC Sport, a spokesman for the championship said that the players “maintained their innocence” and they couldn’t wait to “continue to focus on their career”.
The players, both in the late adolescence, were arrested following a crime report in a disco in Kingston, in the south -ovest of London, on February 5.
At the time, the Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrest of the couple while the QPR also verified that she was aware of the accusations.
Police officers arrested the two players in the club training field in Hounslow on February 27th.
A metropolitan police declaration stated: “Thursday 27 February, the police arrested two men in late adolescence on charges of voyeurism.
“This follows a report by an accident that took place in a disco in Kingston on Wednesday 5 February.
“Both suspicions were taken to a police station and subsequently were saved pending further investigations.
“Following an in -depth investigation, both men have been informed that no further actions will be taken.
“The victim has been informed.”
An QPR statement recited: “Queens Park Rangers Football Club can confirm that the Metropolitan Police concluded their investigations on this issue and confirmed that there is no action to undertake.
“The club expresses its gratitude to the metropolitan police for their in -depth approach to the trial.
“The players of the Academy, who have maintained their innocence in everything, can’t wait to put it behind and continue to focus on their career”.
