RB Liipzig: Marco Rose fired before the semifinal of the German Cup

RB Lipzig fired the coach head Marco Rose after the 1-0 defeat of the Bundesliga against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
Rose, 48 years old, leaves after two and a half years with Leipzig and with the sixth side on the Bundesliga table.
They won three of their last 11 Bundesliga games and remained seven games after the defeat in Monchengladbach.
Leipzig is only three points in less than the qualifying positions of the Champions League and play in the semifinal of the German Cup Wednesday against Stuttgart.
Former Liverpool director Jurgen Klopp currently works for the Red Bull Group as the head of global football.
Speaking in January, Klopp said “I will not be the coach of a Red Bull team”, if you were to make an opportunity.
Marcel Schafer, CEO of Leipzig for sport, said: “We believed in our cooperation with Marco and his team for a long time and, so far, we have tried to bring together everything.
“Given the development and the continuous lack of results, we are all firmly convinced that we need a new impulse for the rest of the campaign in order to achieve our goals for the season”.
