Real Estate Fund Raises $2.5 Billion for Affordable Housing


“The need for capital is in trillions, not on billions,” said Mrs. Anadu.

“It is not a secret that there is a great market opportunity,” said Bennett Goodman, executive president and co-founder of Hunter Point Capital, an investment company that supported Vistria in 2022. “What is difficult is to be able to put together a scalable platform in which you have sufficient capital to be relevant”.

The collection of Visria funds comes when some investments focused on social issues have decreased. But the size of the fund-and the large buy-in by the investors of the so-called families, investment banks and insurance companies indeed that investors not only see this only a “change that can make in society”, said Mrs. Anadu. “We have much more significantly investors who really focus on commercial opportunity.”
