“I know Charlie well. It’s South Sydney’s mascot, she dresses with that very hot dress of Reggie The Rabbit every week,” said Albanese. “He is a very small man. He would certainly not have injured anyone in intention.”

“I love this club and I would not mean doing anything to hurt the club, but unfortunately, this time my actions have hurt the club,” he said.
“I will do everything possible to represent South Sydney in the best way possible from now on. Nothing similar will ever happen again. Once again, I know what I did wrong and I apologize for my actions.”
“A wonderful and kind boy”: PM reveals Reggie The Rabbit apologize
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese defended Charlie Gallico, otherwise known as the longtime mascot of South Sydney Reggie The Rabbit, after it was accused of pushing a nine -year -old boy Saturday at the Shark Park and revealed that Gallico will apologize for the accident.
The Clubs of Cronulula and South Sydney are investigating after the mother of the child published on social media claiming that Gallico, 80 years old, had attacked his son, who said he was shocked after the accident.
The Albanian – Ticketholder n. 1 of the Rabbitoh – revealed in a radio interview with ABC Brisbane that Gallico will meet the boy and his mother on Tuesday.
“I know Charlie well. It’s South Sydney’s mascot, she dresses with that very hot suit of Reggie The Rabbit every week. He is 81 years old. He is a very small man. Certainly he wouldn’t hurt anyone in intention,” said Albanese.
“The boy was obviously shocked by this accident. My heart goes to him too. And the good news is that Charlie, this wonderful, elderly, kind, will meet this boy and his mother tomorrow to apologize. And I just hope they embrace and that the boy grows loving to the rugby League so much like Charlie.”
The mother said that her son had been scolded by a nearby security guard following the accident, but insisted on the fact that he had done nothing that could have caused Gallic hostility.
Albanian was director of South Sydney in the 90s, when Gallico became the mascot of Rabbitohs for the first time.
“Charlie is just an adorable human being who wears that dress. People would think that, you know, it’s a big type. It is not. He has that big head. If he could see or what happened, he didn’t care, but he shouldn’t have happened quite clearly,” said Albanese.

“Tomorrow will apologize and I hope that these apologies are received in the spirit in which I am sure that Charlie will give it because it is a kind guy … I just hope it ends well tomorrow. And I wish him every good thing, and I would also like this boy and his mother well.
Gallico faced the question for the first time on Monday, saying nine news that he had been destroyed by a group of boys during the game.
“He grabbed me, he did not choose a five tall five … No,” Galico said. “The job means a lot for me. I’m sorry if I did something wrong.”
The nrl is aware of the accident and was making further investigations.
Garrick Eyes All-Time Manly Record after scoring madness against raiders
The new fan n. 1 by Reuben Garrick could have slept through his bumper against Canberra on Sunday, but should be in front and in the center in his team of personal joy if and when he beats the record of points of all the times of Manly.
Barely 24 hours after becoming a father for the first time, when his girlfriend Riley Wishart delivered the girl Elsie, Garrick made a madness with the raiders in Brookvale, crossing four attempts and kicking six goals for a contribution of 28 points.

This raised the 27 year old at 50 points for the season-16 points away from his nearest rival, the Brisbane skipper Adam Reynolds, after three games.
He also brought him to a 1214 -point career count, third in the list of all times of Manly behind Jamie Lyon (1410) and Graham Eadie (1917), who are both exactly in his eyes.
If Garrick manages to maintain his current average score of 8.7 points per trip, he will need about 80 games to reach the 42-year-old record of Eadie-when the time, little Elsie should be the best part of four years and most likely sitting on the knee of her mother in the stands.

A prolific score machine from its debut in 2019, Garrick beat the record nrl for most points in one season in 2021 with a remarkable 334 – from 23 attempts and 121 goals – becoming the first player in history to publish a triple century in a single campaign.
He is the fifth tallest scorer among the current NRL players, behind Adam Reynolds (2378) by Brisbane, Nathan Cleary (1559) by Penrith, Mitchell Moses of Parramatta (1301) and St George Illawarra’s Valentine Holmes (1248).
The leader of all time of the NRL is the former Melbourne, Queensland and Kangaroos Maestro Cameron Smith (2786).
And while Battiglia the records is not Garrick’s priority, he is happy to collect them if they approach.
“Obviously those personal milestones are a good result but, if you arrive, it will be on the back on the great success of the club,” Garrick said to this masthead.
“I would like to (beat the record), but at the same time it is a question of presenting yourself every week, working hard and doing my job for the team.
“If I keep doing it, the points should come. If I narrow my attention on this, I hope to be able to get there one day.
“We’ll see how we go.”
Sunday, Garrick came to a goal from Manly’s record for most points in a game of an individual – a 30 -point sign that he reached twice before and shares with Matthew Ridge and Ron Rowles.
He was left to ruin his only attempt at rebellious conversion – which he did not lose much – but was more disappointed by the fact that he could not unravel for a fifth attempt, which would have equaled the record of the club held by the Les Hanigan wing since 1967.
It was the second radius of four Garrick’s career tires, after having even scored a quartet against the Gold Coast in 2021.
“I tried to give my tip to” Brooksy “(five eighth Luke Brooks),” said Garrick with a smile. “We corrected a shape on the right and he kicked it above, and I said:” No, I pass it friend “.

“I was trying to make a fifth attempt, because I knew it was also a club record.”
As much as he has tasted his dream game against Canberra, Garrick said he didn’t come “anywhere” the euphoria he felt after becoming a father.
“The feeling I had yesterday was out of the world,” he said. “To bring a child to the world, we are just in seventh heaven. It has been a real Russian mountain. A very raw experience, but I am absolutely enthusiastic.
“I am so proud of my girlfriend, for what he passed, and so grateful to how he takes care of our child.”
Manly Anthony Sebold’s coach said he was “very special” to have a player of Garrick’s skills in his team, able to regularly put large numbers on the scoreboard.
While Tom Rabojevic is widely seen as Manly’s main strike weapon, it is worth noting that Garrick has exceeded 82 attempts of 66 since they were teammates.
Sebold, meanwhile, has been disappointed by losing the propeller Easter To a probable Achille injury, but it was confident that Virile had the depth to cope.
On Sunday he played in Toafofo Sippley in the NSW Cup, while the robust Nathan Brown should be available for his first game this season after passing a foot injury.
