Sandwich at the Pane Club of Garlic: Rosheen Kaul recipe

Step 1
To scrape the chickenAdd the salt, sugar and 2 cups of cold water and mix until it dissolves. Add the garlic, lemon and thyme and chilled. Cut the chicken breast horizontally into two thin slices, then dip them in the brine for 30 minutes. Remove from the brine, dry and set aside.
Step 2
To make the mayonnaise to the pepperCombine all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
To prepare the sandwichStart cooking the bacon. Put the bacon in a cold pan over medium heat without oil. Allow fat to make and fry the bacon. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside on a tray covered with paper towels. Leave a little bacon fat in the pan and set aside the rest for the use later.
Step 4
Using the same pan, rotate the heat at the top and scald the chicken breast slices in brine until they are completely cooked, 3-4 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside with the bacon.
Step 5
Pour the rest of the bacon fat reserved in the pan and fry the eggs on easy (cooked on one side, then turned upside down and briefly cooked on the other side, leaving the yolks that collapse), then removed from the pan and set aside.
Step 6
To prepare garlic breadMelt some garlic butter in the pan and fry the bread, two slices at a time, on both sides until golden brown. Add a little more garlic butter with each lot. Turn off the fire, then place a slice of cheese above every piece of garlic bread to melt. If you prefer, toast the bread and spread each slice with garlic butter.
Step 7
Mix the grated lettuce with a spoonful of pepper mayonnaise and jalapentos in brine in an average bowl.
Step 8
To assemble the sandwichPut two slices of garlic bread on a cutting board, on the cheese side and cover each with the chicken, bacon and a little of the dressed lettuce. Place another slice of bread above each, on the cheese side and add a fried egg, a turkey, slices of tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with a little more pepper mayonnaise, if you want, then place the last slice of bread above, on the side of the cheese, to close.
Step 9
Cut carefully the sandwich into triangles (it helps to use toothpicks here to keep them together) and serve with pickles and chips.
