Strickland adds drill horsepower to test new Serbian gold prospect

The geophysics on the ground undertaken last year included polls of IP and gravity, which revealed more IP anomalies and shallow load density.
The subsequent reviews of exploration and data have identified the evidence of outcrop of hydrothermal alteration coinciding with surface IP responses, with the consequent definition of multiple drill objectives at Obradov Potok, which the company plans to test this year.
The CEO of Strickland Metal Paul the Herpiniere said: “Obradov Potok is an extremely large target area, with a geochemical imprint on a similar scale, as can be seen in both Shanac’s mineralized systems and Medenovac, where we have deducted estimates of mineral resources respectively 5.30 Moz and 1.28 Moz. This year we have planned several holes to test the Obradov Potok system and we can’t wait to continue the success of perforation and further growth of resources. “
The Rogozna di Strickland project is a large-scale Zinc-Zinc-Silver exploration project, which includes four exploration licenses that cover about 184 square kilometers in the Trepca Mining District in Southern Serbia, about 400 km south of Belgrade, inside the Global Tethyan metal groove.
Tethyan’s metalgenic belt extends from Eastern Europe to the South -est Asia. It was formed by the convergence and collision of the arabic, African and Indian busty plaques when the ancient ocean of Tethys ended.
The project is owned by Strickland Metals through the resources of Zlatna Reka. He currently hosts a combined resource of 7.40 m ounces of gold equivalent in three deposits in Shanac, Medenovac and Copper Canyon.
The company has two plants that work to expand and update the Shanac deposit, one is testing its Red Creek perspective, 500m to the west of Shanac, and another drill of drill is turning to the high -grade golden gradine deposit.
In addition to the new system recently launched in the fray of Obradov Potok, the company will soon bring a sixth system to test the Big Jezerska Reka Porphyry Target 3.5 km south -west of Obradov Potok.
Strickland remains extremely well financed to deliver the largest exploration program to Rogozna in 2025, with $ 33.8 million in cash and actions of the resources of the Northern Star at the end of the quarter of December last year.
