Strickland hikes Yandal gold ounces 56 per cent near Wiluna

The Camp Horse Well includes the SW, Warmblood and Bronco and Bronco deposits and is part of the Greater Yandal Project of Strickland, 85 km north-east of Wiluna in the oriental gold fields of Western Australia, inside the Yandal/Milrose Greenstone belt.
It is important to underline that a significant amount of previous perforations to the project, most of which was undertaken last year, also intersected a strong mineralization of gold, in particular in the prospects of Marwari and Konik, none of which is part of the esteem of the updated resources.
Strickland states that both of these perspectives require only a small amount of filling perforation to bring resources in the classification of angry resources.
The optimization of the hot blood pit is limited in this extension of the perforation, suggesting that further perforation extension could potentially lift the resource and its classification.
The CEO of Strickland, Paul the Herpiniere, said: “The current estimate of the mineral resources of the current Yandal project is now larger than the ~ 346.000z au millrose deposit sold to Northern Star in 2023 for $ 61 million, and the price of gold has almost doubled from that moment. All the defined resources remain open along the strike and in depth, with not classified mineralization located outside the buildings of Fossa Mre.”
Much of the perforation of last year has focused on the extension of oxide and transition mineralization beyond the estimates of historical resources and was mainly focused on the definition of higher level dive sprouts which could indicate the underground potential to be followed in the future perforation campaigns.
As a result, less perforation were conducted at the time within the potential areas of resources.
Some perforations have not been accompanied by modern Qaqc data and while the density of the perforation hole could be considered adequate for the classifications of the resources indicated, the estimates of the mineral resources remain currently in lower categories up to further improvement of the data.
Strickland’s Yandal Gold project contains about 70 km of strike along the potential terrain of Greenstone of the Celia Shear Zone and is located next to the Yandal operations of the Northern Star that include the mega 10 million ounces of that company.
Less than 10 km of that 70 km attack was explored in any serious measure and only about 26 % of the exploration perforation has probed deeper than 100 m of vertical depth.
After the sale of the company of its Millrose deposit in Northern Star for about $ 61 million in 2023, the Cape Well Gold Camp has become its goal of key exploration at Yandal until last year.
Strickland has now transformed the horse alone “an interconnected mineral system of high degree”, expanding the imprint of 257,000 ounces of the pre -existing resource over 3 km of strike.
In this way, it has also identified a series of high -grade components and trends in each deposit and has shown that all its current deposits are open along the strike and in depth.
Strickland is now mainly focused on depth extensions in its Palomino and hot blood deposits, in which the optimizations of the pit are bound by the perforation depth and the extension, with high -grade mineralization present on the floor or close to the floor of the current ottimized pit shells that remain open at depth and falling.
The company also intends to pierce the trend of Marwari 1.6 km long, to bring its current unrelated to high degree mineralization at the prospects of Marwari and Filly North in categories of future resources.
In addition, well -defined gold trends identified by the previous perforations of the Scout Air Nucleus remain open along the strike to the north, where they tend undercover. These include the 3 km broncho-konik tendency and the 1.6 km long Marwari trend.
While the current estimate of the mineral resources extends over a combined 2.3 km of strike, over 10 km of mineralized strike along the defined gold tendencies have not yet been tested in a more complete way by means of reverse circulation or perforation of diamonds, which represents a path of exploration of serious future and supported for the company on horseback.
Strickland remains exceptionally well financed with $ 33.8 million in cash and actions of the Northern Star at the end of the quarter of December, which means that if there is another Jundee lurking somewhere, it is likely that Strickland will find it.
