Sydney Sociate Front Courts after Sydney’s east accident
An alleged socialite who guided by drinks that was extracted from his Range Rover shocked by shocked diners on the eastern outskirts of Sydney faced the court and reported a mental health defense.
Vanessa Jacobs Fennell, 54, was photographed by Herald A few minutes after presumably having crashed his Range Rumer Black in several cars parked on the evening of Friday 21 March in Belvue Hill.
Jacobs Fennell had presumably guided the laps of the area after drinking nearby, according to the witnesses on the scene.
The police were called, but Jacobs Fennell would have refused to provide a breath test and attacked the police as he was arrested.
Tuesday the socialite faced the local Waverley court behind black sunglasses, showing off a bag from $ 8000 and flanked by his lawyer Helen Christson.
The couple remained silent while the photographers and the news crew tried to receive comments from Jacobs Fennell.

Christinson entered the guilty for three accusations: refusing to give the analysis of the breath, aggression of the police and not to give details to the owners of damaged ownership.
The case will return to court on June 23 when Christinson will launch a question of section 14, which is normally used to allow magistrates to reject accusations against people with mental health problems.
