Thai salmon recipe



  • ½ cup of grated dried coconut

  • ½ cup of peanuts with bombing

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

  • 1 salmon fillet, about 200 g

  • 1 lime, diced with the skin on

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into 1 cm cubes

  • 1 chilli pepper for red eyes, sliced

  • 1 Eschalot, peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes

  • 1 cm ginger, peeled and cut into cubes

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, housed

  • 1 head baby cos lettuce, separate leaves
