The debate can infuriate on the scaramuccia of Leniu-Thurston but the inaction nrl is a COP-OUT

This is exactly what Leniu did to Thurston on Friday evening but, in the eyes of many, apparently sounds.
The NRL claims to need a complaint from Thurston, or his employer nine to act. This is garbage and a cop-out. There is a land manager, more witnesses, is in the film: there is a number of ways to investigate without a formal complaint.
In addition, many have suggested that Thurston needs to sit and copy gently because, in essence, “s-it happens”.
It is absurd.
Nobody who works on the sidelines in a game nrl should get a spray from a participant while sitting there.
It was that penalty that many in the game, and obviously Leniu, thought it was light. Leniu is angry Thurston was not vowel for the behavior and penalty of Mam, and obviously he tired, transforming himself into a re -buckling anger.
And on the weekend, while the story gathered, the whispered narrative arrived that Leniu still thinks he had done nothing wrong when he called Mam a monkey because he was told worse as a mother and that these sentences are common among some players of the Pacific Island.
The obvious thing is that it has never been faced correctly.
This is a personal problem between a player and a former champion who became a commentator, and not a club problem as such for the Gauls.
It is also a delicate and delicate question of the differences in race and cultural between the indigenous players and the Pacific Island.
But, with all the welfare programs in progress in the game now, the rooster, or one of their employees, should have identified it as a serious problem well before hitting the front and rear pages thus exploding publicly during and after, a game nr in the early evening.
Certainly the club led Leniu through the long suspension and helped him with his understanding that, while he does not understand that it is wrong to call a color man a monkey, 99.9% of the planet Fa.
But the true heart of this problem lies at the foot of the nrl.
There are a number of occasions in which the nrl investigates issues without the need for an “official complaint”.
The nrl must be the last workplace of the nation where an accredited person who carries out his duties can cover a gobful of another person in an official guise and everything is fine.

It does not deserve a suspension, or a large fine, but Leniu needs a letter of reproach, therefore the other 500 players nr and thousands of accredited officials – the media included – know that it is simply not on.
That we cannot scream “F” bombs and bombs “C” against the people we don’t like for the land nrl, otherwise it will be free for everyone.
Other sports do not tolerate it.
Like the races, for example.
On April 1, the politician and the member of the Australian club Mark Latham, presumably Let me flight with a spray full of explosions at the elderly Senior Atc Steve McMahon. Latham hates the idea of selling Rosehill and McMahon is behind the idea of selling it. When McMahon approached a table that Latham was sitting, Latham presumably said: “Well, you can f — off.”
Latham is now facing not one, but two separate investigations: one from ATC and one from Racing NSW. Both bodies employed independent investigators.
Interesting game of Rugby League.
