The doctor of Brisbane was imprisoned for drug quantity trafficking of drugs

Ullman has become the largest customer for some drugs to legitimate wholesalers, ordering more of pharmacies and hospitals.
“He purchased 1567 Valium units, which represented about 26 % of the total sales of that drug by that company,” Sherrie said.

Ullman, a hormone balance specialist, was suspended as a doctor after his arrest.
Teston felt that his recording was restored, but with so many conditions, he made him unemployed.
Sherrie presented to Teston that Ullman is sentenced to eight to 10 years of imprisonment.
Ullman’s lawyer Jeffrey Hunter said that the accusation overrated the severity of his client’s crime and that the abuse of benzodiazepine caused a “order of magnitude” less social damage than metanfetamine.
“We refuse that this crime was sophisticated. Many tests were obtained from a camera above the entrance door of his office,” said Hunter.
He said that Ullman had naively entered business with a band of motorcyclists and “trapped”.
“He arrived at work and one or more of these people would have waited for him,” Hunter said.
“On one occasion, a former patient put a gun on the desk as they spoke.”
Teston said that Ullman has committed serious crimes and a significant violation of the trust placed in him.
“Your position of doctor is probably the most significant aggravating factor,” he said.
“As a doctor, you must have understood the damage influenced on society in general by the supply of dangerous drugs, yet you persisted.”
Teston said that Ullman was working as a worker and earning a fraction of his previous income.
“The loss of your relationship with your family is the greatest punishment you have suffered,” he said.
Treston accepted that Ullman had worked for his rehabilitation while he was in deposit and that there was no real risk that would be refined.
Ullman was sentenced to 6 and a half years and will be suitable for conditional freedom on 5 July 2028.
