A serious accident was declared following a suspicion gas explosion In a house in Nottinghamshire on Saturday evening that partially destroyed the property.

Police CH Insp Neil Humphris said: “This is an important accident and an emergency services will remain on the spot all night. Multiple properties have been evacuated while we work with our partners to respond to this accident and understand how it happened”.
