The Federal Court warns the Pentagon not to act against the members of the transgender service during the appeal

The Trump Administration was felt by Court of Appeal of the United States Thursday for the Circuit of the Columbia district in order not to act against the transgender military members while the order of a federal judge to block a ban on them was appealed.
The Department of Defense (DOD) led by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, presented a warning for appeal to Washington, the denial of the judge of the American judge based in DC Ana Reyes of their motion to dissolve its order that prevents the military from denying transgender people the ability to enlist in the army on Wednesday.
The judge appointed Biden chaired an audition on March 21, when he asked the DOD to delay the original deadline to issue politics on March 26th.
On March 21, the defendants in the cause, which include President Donald Trump and Hegseth, presented a motion to dissolve the injunction by blocking the ban on the Pentagon. The deposit argued that politics is not a general prohibition but instead “turns on gender-nomic-a medical condition-and does not discriminate against trans people as trans as a class”.

The Trump Administration has also requested that, if the misunderstood motion was denied, the Court should remain the preliminary injunction pending appeal.
Reyes denied the motion of dissolving and the Trump administration has filed an appeal.
Thursday, the DC circuit said that the purpose of the administrative stay is to give the court sufficient opportunities to consider the emergency motion for the appeal.
The Court added that the stay should not be interpreted as a sentence on the merits of the motion.
“If an action occurs that negatively affects the members of the service in the context of Hegseth policy and (Military department Identification guide (MDI)) before the court raises the administrative stay, the complaints can present a motion to lift the administrative stay and the court will consider it quickly “, wrote the Court.
He added that the applicants have up to noon on April 1 to present an answer.
The government cited a new guide issued on March 21 which expected to issue politics if not for the ongoing litigation. The guide clarified that “the phrase” shows symptoms consistent with gender dysphoria “” applies exclusively to “individuals who present symptoms that would be sufficient to constitute a diagnosis”.

Reyes said he wanted to grant more time for the appeal process. He also said that he had previously granted a lot of time to appeal to his previous opinion by blocking the ban on entering into force.
Saturday, Hegseth said Reyes should Refer to military bases Since it is “now one of the best military planning”.
“Since the ‘judge’ Reyes is now one of the best military planning, can refer to Fort Benning at 0600 to educate our army rangers on how to perform high -value target rates … After that, the commander Reyes can send to Fort Bragg to train our green caps on the war of contrast”, wrote Hegseth on X.
Wednesday, Reyes recognized him Military department The identification guide (MIDI Guide) is new, but the topic presented by the defense is not.
“The defendants reiterate their” constant position that politics (Hegseth) concerns military readiness, explanability and costs associated with a medical condition “”, wrote the judge. “The regulation of gender dysphoria is no different from the adjustment of bipolar disorder, eating disorders or suicidality. The military ban regulates a medical condition, insist, not people. And here is the problem.
“Gender dysphoria is not like other medical conditions, something that the defendants know,” continued Reyes. “It only affects a group of people: all people with gender dysphoria are transgender and only transgender people experience gender dysphoria.”
