When it is over, Amon presumably said: “Wait a minute after I leave, just to insure me.”

Presumably Amon brought a towel to the second accident to lie on the bathroom floor “so it would be more comfortable for them”. After one of the sexual acts, the complaint “began to feel overwhelmed and rejected”, support the documents.
Amon is accused of contacting the complaint to meet again, but the ministries say that the teenager “gave the excuse that he was moving away and then blocked him on Snapchat”.
Some time in 2019 or 2020, the denunciant re-added Amon and started contact “as a way to try to solve accidents as” not a big problem “in his mind”, say public ministries. The couple presumably flirted and shared naked images.
“During this contact, the defendant told the complaint that he was 30 years old and employed as a lawyer,” says the crown.
The complainant reported the question to the police in June 2022. The following month, Amon would have contacted the complaint on Grindr by an account with the username “Yeeee” and sent sexual messages including naked photographs.
Amon refused to be interviewed when the police spoke to him for the first time in March 2024, five months before his arrest.
The documents that describe in detail the accusations against AMON were born from a demand for variation of a bankruptcy on Wednesday to change his address, after signing a lease for a property of the city center in January.
Amon Lauren Macdougall’s lawyer, in a sworn declaration, said that his client was “well known in the area of the northern beaches because of his political career”.
MacDougall said that “immediately” after Amon was accused, his social media reports “received numerous offensive and threatening comments, including death threats”, and his house was broadcast on national TV. He said that Amon “does not feel safe or his comfortable” in the area and has social connections inside and around the city, where he can live “in a more anonymous way”.
However, judge David Scully refused to grant the variation, noting that the complaint had labeled the potential move as “personally catastrophic” and raised concerns about his safety due to his bonds with the area.
Amon declared himself not guilty of five counts to have sex with a child aged between 10 and 14 years, two counts for indecent aggression to a person under the age of 16, two counts for attempts of sexual intercourse with a child aged between 10 and 14 years and committing an act of indecency with a person under the age of 16.
In a statement after his arrest, Amon said: “The nature of the accusations against me is such that I will not be able to continue to fully represent my community in Parliament. Consequently, I presented my resignation as a member for Pittwater, with immediate effect”.
Amon has been committed to being tried at the District Court of the New South Wales. It should be accused on Friday, when a future test date should be set.
