Thomas Tuchel: Harry Redknapp Joke England Manager is a “German spy”
Former Premier League manager Harry Redknapp seemed to skip a Nazi greeting after joke the head of England Thomas Tuchel was “a German spy” when he spoke to a charity event.
Tuchel became England manager in January and led them to the qualified victories in the World Cup on Albania and Latvia in his first two games in charge.
The former manager of Portsmouth, Tottenham and West Ham Redknapp, 78, spoke in front of an audience at an event in London before those games last week, and he was asked for his thoughts on German.

“Seriously, he was sent to (explanatory) us. He has. I’m saying, it’s like Lord Haw in War -” We have your best soldiers captured “and everything else.”

Redknapp also imagined a given education to Tuchel to “go further and ruin that team”.
And he seemed to make a gesture of Nazi greeting while making comments to the public, who laughed.
BBC Sport contacted Redknapp for a comment.
The accident pushed some criticisms to Redknapp on social media, even if the German comedian Henning Wehn - a regular guest at the combat talk of the BBC Radio 5 Live – said: “What a non -story. Alder! If we are not allowed a little lines, what is the point of football? Or anything else.”
Tuchel is the third permanent manager of foreign England after the Swedish Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello Italiano.

Redknapp’s latest managerial role was in Birmingham City in 2017. He also had spells with Bournemouth, Southampton, QPR and the Jordan national team.
